Telephone services

PT-1 Communications - We experienced frequent failures to connect and disconnects on calls to Russia all these calls were billed as though completed.. WARNING Our calls to the PT-1 customer service for credits for calls that did not go through always got a pleasant assurance that a credit would be issued, but the credits NEVER appeared on our subsequent bills.  Billing was processed through HOLD Billing Services.
